Led by David Bone – Local resident and authority on the village. Meet At the Bears Head public house near the church at 6.45 pm.

ALHA walk around Sea Mills. An opportunity to catch up on the latest archaeological research and excavations here, relating to the Roman history of this ancient port.

Led by Peter Insole – Bristol City Council’s Archaeology Officer.

Meet at Sea Mills Lane – alongside the old harbour at 6.45 pm.

Led by Dr. Peter Fleming – UWE History Lecturer and authority on Medieval Bristol. Meet on Castle Park in front of St. Peters Church at 6.45 pm.

A easy walk around Portishead. This Victorian town has much to offer any historian or casual tourist.

Led by Sandy Tebbutt, local historian and author. Meet at the Lakeside Cafe at south end of Esplanade.
